The second makes the company more legible, but it does not verify the physical scale, resilience or performance of the services described by the first.

  Cloud 9 Internet, Inc. presents itself as a White Plains IT company whose public story runs from Westchester dial-up access to managed cloud, hosting, backup and support. Its own pages say the company began as an Internet service provider in 1993, later expanded into hosting, DSL, colocation and managed WAN, and now sells cloud-hosted systems, Microsoft 365 care, backup and network management to Westchester organizations. Public routing records still show AS3700 and Cloud 9 address space in active use. That makes the company a real hosted-capacity dependency, but one whose public record leaves important questions about rack placement, upstream concentration, restore proof and support escalation unresolved.
