Broermann Holding GmbH

Broermann Holding GmbH is not interesting because it looks like a telecom challenger. The public evidence points in the opposite direction: a Germany-bound holding company around the Asklepios healthcare group, a RIPE NCC membership, an autonomous-system footprint under the Asklepios name, and address resources that look designed to serve internal clinical operations rather than a broad commercial access business. The economic question is whether that local control can earn its cost when national carriers, global cloud platforms and managed-service providers can sell a simpler substitute.
