Beijing Qihu Keji Co., Ltd.

Beijing Qihu Keji Co., Ltd. is the named registry operator for four generic top-level domains in current ICANN records. The useful technology question is not whether the company can sign a registry agreement, but whether authority, DNS delegation, registration data, security metadata, registrar transactions, recovery evidence, and exception ownership can remain aligned over a second decade of operation.
