Key investors include Ken Thompson, former CEO of TD Private Client Wealth LLC; Adam Harper, former COO of Investments at Citi Wealth; Elizabeth and Michael Bisaro, owners of StraightLine, an independent RIA managing over $1 billion in assets; and Robert Rickey, chief growth officer at StraightLine and former managing director of advisor services at TIAA. Questal’s platform is designed to help individuals improve their financial well-being by enabling them to “have a conversation with their money.” The company combines AI-driven insights with human expertise, offering personalised financial guidance through AFCPE-certified financial coaches.

With the new funding, Questal plans to accelerate the deployment of its next-generation financial management software, enhance its platform, and further develop AI-powered tools aimed at improving financial literacy and engagement. Ken Thompson, a key investor, highlighted the need for financial services to deliver better engagement and education tools to remain relevant to next-generation users. Robert Rickey emphasized the synergy between Questis’s technology and StraightLine’s advisory services, particularly in serving employer-sponsored retirement plans.
