This collaboration, which spans from 2024 to 2026, is part of CFL’s modernisation efforts and Africell’s drive to promote digital payments.

Enhanced payment options

Afrimoney now allows users to pay for CFL train tickets via their Africell mobile numbers, simplifying the process and reducing issues related to cash handling. This system is available at nine CFL stations, including Bungo, Textang, Rotunda, Muceques, Filda, Gamek, Estalagem, Comarca, and Viana, and supports both digital and analog phones.
