Reincorporation requirement in proposed section 2.3.5 item 8 · The proposed requirement changes from reincorporation into “the reserve” accompanied by the purpose clause “so that this reserve will be preserved as much as possible” to direct reincorporation into “this reserve”; the quarantine requirement remains present.
