ビジネス上の問いは単刀直入だ。AWS、Azure、Google Cloud、OVHcloud、Scaleway、Outscale、Cloud Temple、Clever Cloud などがすぐそこにあるのに、なぜ顧客はリージョナルクラウド事業者を選ぶのか。「コンピュート」では答えにならない。コンピュートは比較や賃借があまりに容易で、小規模事業者には差別化が極めて難しいのだ。

The business question is straightforward: why would a customer choose a regional cloud operator when AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OVHcloud, Scaleway, Outscale, Cloud Temple, Clever Cloud, and other providers are just a step away? The answer cannot be 'compute.' Compute is too easy to compare and rent, and too difficult to differentiate for a small operator.
