السؤال التجاري مباشر: لماذا يختار عميل مشغل سحابة إقليمي بينما تتوفر AWS وAzure وGoogle Cloud وOVHcloud وScaleway وOutscale وCloud Temple وClever Cloud وغيرهم من المزودين على مرمى حجر؟ لا يمكن أن يكون الجواب "الحوسبة". الحوسبة سهلة المقارنة والتأجير، ويصعب تمييزها لمشغل صغير.

The business question is straightforward: why would a customer choose a regional cloud operator when AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OVHcloud, Scaleway, Outscale, Cloud Temple, Clever Cloud, and other providers are just a step away? The answer cannot be 'compute.' Compute is too easy to compare and rent, and too difficult to differentiate for a small operator.
