The hard judgement is that WIIT's control premium is real but conditional: it is strongest for SAP, regulated, VMware and business-critical workloads where a board wants accountable European operations, and it weakens sharply when buyers mainly want low-cost elastic infrastructure or hyperscaler-native services.
