    IPTP Networks and its AIDC DeCenter project took a prominent role at Da Nang AI Day 2025, marking a key moment in Vietnam’s efforts to cultivate a thriving AI ecosystem.

    Held on 9 May, the conference “AI: A New Growth Driver for Da Nang City” underlined the city’s aspirations to become a leading AI innovation hub for the region. A collaborative platform for dialogue and strategy

    IPTP Networks’ booth attracted considerable attention, serving both as a showcase for the AIDC DeCenter vision and as a meeting point for exchanging ideas with fellow industry players. The project, operated by IPTP Networks, aligns closely with Da Nang’s strategic push to establish itself as a centre of excellence for AI and advanced digital infrastructure.

    CEO Vladimir Kangin delivered a keynote presentation exploring global experience and strategic recommendations for developing AI datacentres and submarine cable infrastructure in Da Nang. He also contributed to two expert panel discussions, addressing topics such as investment and infrastructure-sharing to support AI growth, and policy frameworks to better equip startups, SMEs, and researchers with access to AI capabilities.

    Laying the groundwork for Vietnam’s digital future

    Mr. Kangin’s insights extended beyond the conference floor: he was interviewed by national broadcaster VTV8, where he spoke about the role of AI data centers in underpinning Vietnam’s wider digital transformation.

    Discussions at the event were shaped by a series of resonant themes, including:

    • Made in Vietnam: GPU power — advancing core technologies developed locally;
    • Innovate the future — driving progress through a blend of mindset, policy, and technological innovation;
    • Vision to reality — translating ambitious strategies into practical outcomes;
    • Empower talents — unlocking human capital and nurturing digital skills;
    • Vietnam as a gateway for innovation — positioning the country as a converging point for global technologies.

    IPTP Networks expressed its appreciation to the Da Nang Semiconductor & AI Center (DSAC) for facilitating partnerships and supporting the AIDC DeCenter initiative. The company views this as a crucial first step in establishing a sustainable, world-class AI and data center ecosystem in Da Nang — one that could firmly establish the city as a standout player in Southeast Asia’s digital landscape.
