e& Carrier & Wholesale has launched its fourth Tier III facility in the Fujairah SmartHub Campus, significantly expanding its network infrastructure in the region. The new facility adds 1.5 MW of capacity, further enhancing connectivity across the Middle East. As a result, this expansion brings the total capacity of the campus to 4 MW.
Strategically located at a major subsea cable landing station, the Fujairah campus offers both cost-effective and reliable edge network connectivity. In addition, it serves as a vital part of e&’s SmartHub ecosystem, which provides a broad range of services, including co-location, hosting, international connectivity, and cross-connect solutions.
According to e&’s group chief carrier and wholesale officer, Nabil Baccouche, the expansion will help businesses stay connected and agile in today’s digital world. Furthermore, the additional capacity will support the upcoming cable systems, enabling greater scalability and flexibility for businesses operating in the region.
