What happened: Solidarity Community upgrades digital banking with Mahalo

Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union has partnered with Mahalo Banking to enhance its digital banking services. The credit union will deploy Mahalo’s digital banking platform, designed to streamline online banking processes such as account opening, loan initiation, and donations through Mahalo’s integrated digital donation platform. The platform will also feature Mahalo’s Credential Assurance Technology (CAT) to protect members from fraud and the Thoughtful Banking technology, which offers neurodiverse functionalities like colour-blindness support and left- and right-hand mode options. This collaboration will integrate directly with Solidarity’s existing Keystone core banking system, provided by Corelation. Amy Benner, CEO of Solidarity, highlighted that Mahalo’s focus on neurodiversity sets it apart from other providers, aligning with the credit union’s commitment to offering a secure, accessible, and user-friendly digital experience for all members.
