For a Nigerian bank, mobile operator, government agency or ISP buying capacity between Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Accra or Dakar, Phase3 Telecom is not simply selling another line on a coverage map. It is selling a recoverable aerial route over power infrastructure, and the value of that route depends on whether right-of-way reach, field repair and licensing continuity make it a cheaper resilience choice than another terrestrial fibre carrier, microwave backhaul, satellite backup, mobile data, a larger operator's private leased line or delayed expansion.
