Telstra Wholesale has launched a new Core Restoration feature that provides a more resilient option for high-capacity wavelength services. This software-driven failover automatically reroutes traffic if a disruption occurs, effectively reducing downtime.

The Core Restoration feature is now accessible for bandwidths of 100Gbps or 400Gbps on new single access Wavelength services along six intercapital routes. It targets customers needing reduced disruption risks and less downtime in the event of network outages.
