Q: What is the scale of Optimax’s services worldwide?

We have more than 3,500 small office and home users and more than 2,000 corporate clients globally, including government offices, national and multinational corporations, embassies and foreign missions, international donor offices and international financial organisations, hotels, airlines, telecommunication companies, buy-to-let, and more.

Optimax leads the top five national ISPs in Bangladesh in terms of network and number of customers, but we are ranked first in terms of service.

Optimax Communication Limited has an extensive business network and service coverage globally. We have offices and service centres in several key markets including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Q: How does Optimax provide high quality service to our customers?

Our mission is to ensure and provide a high level of quality service to a limited number of clients. We do not believe in grabbing a large number of clients, we prefer to make long-term bundles with our existing clients with a high level of satisfaction and unrivaled service. We would like to build a high-level customer service department that responds to any complaint within a minute and we will end the day with zero complaints. We will reach out to our customers to exceed their expectations and we will proactively identify any issues regarding the service with extra care.

Q: What are Optimax’s new plans to cope with market changes?

In responding to changes in the market, Optimax has a number of forward-looking plans in place to ensure that we have the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and maintain a competitive edge. Below are some of our key strategic initiatives.

1. Technology innovation: We will continue to increase our investment in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and 5G technologies. These technologies will help us optimise our operational processes, enhance our service quality and provide more forward-looking solutions to our customers.

2. Customer demand-driven: We will focus more on the dynamics of customer demand and adjust our product and service portfolio in a timely manner to ensure that we are able to meet our customers’ evolving needs and expectations. This includes enhancing customer feedback mechanisms and developing new solutions based on customer insights.
