Macquarie Cloud becomes Dell titanium partner

  • Macquarie Cloud Services has achieved Dell’s top-tier Titanium partner status, driven by strategic integration of cloud infrastructure rather than sales volume.
  • The company invested millions in Dell PowerStore, boosting cloud performance while reducing energy and space usage.

What happened: Macquarie Cloud reaches top Dell partner tier with new infrastructure investment

Macquarie Technology Group’s Cloud Services division has achieved Titanium status in Dell Technologies’ 2025 partner program—the highest partnership tier. This recognition reflects Macquarie’s deep technical integration with Dell infrastructure, particularly in building private and hybrid cloud solutions, rather than focusing purely on hardware resale. According to Jonathan Staff, Head of Private Cloud, this partnership is based on long-term strategy and innovation, not short-term transactions.

Why it’s important

Macquarie’s move to Titanium partner status shows a strategic shift in the cloud services industry—from simple hardware resale to integrated, outcomes-driven cloud architecture. With businesses increasingly demanding efficient, sustainable, and tailored cloud infrastructure, partnerships like this highlight how local providers can scale with global tech leaders.

The investment in Dell’s PowerStore and the continued development of Macquarie Flex—a hybrid solution blending Microsoft Azure Local and Dell APEX—positions Macquarie Cloud Services to meet rising enterprise demand for scalable hybrid and private cloud environments.
