    Services, coverage and market footprint

Pipex offers broadband internet service plans with unlimited data, free real IP addressing, and no fair usage policies. It provides dedicated and shared bandwidth packages. The provider also offers value-added services like media servers, FTP hosting, web application development and app development. Its server offerings include HTTP caching, media servers and TV streaming backend support. Pipex states that it has multiple points of presence (PoPs) in key Dhaka localities to expand its reach and reduce last-mile constraints. Its customer base includes residential consumers and enterprise clients in Dhaka’s subregions. The network’s infrastructure is designed for redundancy and capacity scaling. Pipex promotes 99% uptime and 24/7 support in its marketing materials. The company aims to combine local service, technical control and modern infrastructure to compete in Bangladesh’s broadband market.
