    Xiaomi secures land for EV factory expansion

    • Xiaomi Corporation has secured a new piece of land in Beijing’s Yizhuang Development Zone and planned to use for the second phase of its electric vehicle factory, which is expected to have an annual capacity of 150,000 units. 
    • The Xiaomi SU7 electric car has been a huge success since its launch, with deliveries exceeding 10,000 units in June and expected to remain at that level in July.
