    • Suretel provides VoIP, SIP trunking, and fibre internet for enterprises, resellers, and call centres.
    • The company offers flexible prepaid and postpaid plans, helping clients reduce telecom costs and improve service uptime.

Suretel expands voice and data offerings for local businesses

Suretel CC, headquartered in Gauteng, provides VoIP, SIP trunking, hosted PBX, and broadband connectivity services to clients across South Africa. Operating under an ICASA licence, the company enables voice traffic termination through local interconnects with Vodacom, MTN, and Telkom.

Its services are tailored for SMEs, resellers, and call centres that require scalable, reliable voice infrastructure. Suretel’s cloud-based platform supports call recording, live monitoring, IVR menus, and other business phone system features. It also offers virtual number hosting and secure voice encryption.

The company runs its own nationwide voice infrastructure, which reduces dependency on external providers. With a focus on high uptime and flexible billing models, Suretel has attracted customers looking for better service transparency and cost control.

VoIP solutions support digital communication and cost savings

With telecom costs rising and traditional copper lines being phased out, many South African businesses are switching to VoIP and SIP trunking to modernise communication. However, service consistency, number portability, and support often limit adoption—especially for small firms and regional operators.

Suretel addresses these challenges with local interconnect agreements and a fully managed VoIP core network. By offering prepaid and postpaid options, as well as compatibility with on-premise and cloud PBX systems, Suretel allows companies to customise telecom setups while avoiding lock-in contracts.

Its solutions are also relevant to the reseller market, enabling ISPs and IT firms to offer branded voice products with full backend support. In a telecom environment dominated by a few large players, Suretel’s technical autonomy and transparent pricing present a meaningful alternative for South African companies looking for control, flexibility, and performance.
