128Bit Ou appears in the RIPE NCC member directory for Malta (MT) as a company record. Current public evidence also covers one supporting public reference. The directory country is treated as a RIR member/service-area source field, not as...
128Bit Ou has a clear management incentive: remain relevant to customers that want dedicated infrastructure and stable Internet addresses without carrying the economics of a hyperscale cloud. Its public record shows a real European number-resource footprint and live routing through Italian providers, but it does not yet show that the company owns the facilities, network, demand or operating depth implied by its marketing. The investment question is therefore not whether the addresses exist. It is whether 128Bit can turn partial control into durable customer value before upstream suppliers, larger clouds and weak disclosure reduce it to an infrastructure price-taker.
