ZebraNet Botswana has operated since 2012. It is based in Gaborone and holds a VAN licence issued by the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority. The company is majority citizen owned, with 51 per cent local ownership. ZebraNet provides broadband internet using fibre and wireless infrastructure. It also offers data services to residential and commercial users. The company provides domain name registration and web hosting services. It supplies cloud-based applications and email platforms to business users.

ZebraNet serves clients in sectors such as education, government, commerce and non-profit. It aims to offer reliable internet and digital communication tools. The firm employs technical staff and also trains interns and recent graduates. It works with national bandwidth providers and collaborates with the national fibre network. The company is a member of industry associations and connects to the local internet exchange point. It positions itself as a service provider supporting digital development within Botswana.

Infrastructure and Network Operations at ZebraNet Botswana
