Anker Innovations released its performance report for the first half of 2023, amounting to almost 7.066 billion CNY or 970 million USD. The revenue represents a year-on-year growth of 20.01%.
Net profit attributable to the company’s shareholders reached CNY 820 million, surging by 42.33%, while non-recurring net profit attributable to shareholders stood at CNY 545 million, showing an impressive year-on-year growth of 77.8%. Earnings per share amounted to CNY 2.0176.
Breakdown of Revenue Segment
Anker Innovations’ charging product segment raked in CNY 3.483 billion in revenue, posting a solid year-on-year increase of 18.29%, constituting 49.30% of the total revenue. The intelligent innovation category generated CNY 1.946 billion, a year-on-year growth of 16.66%, contributing 27.54% to the overall revenue.
The wireless audio segment recorded CNY 1.563 billion in revenue, increasing by 29.11% year-on-year and accounting for 22.12% of the total revenue.
Strategic Innovations Fuel Growth
Anker Innovations invested CNY 599 million in research and development, marking a substantial year-on-year growth of 33.69%. Research and development expenditure accounted for 8.48% of total operating revenue.
Anker Innovations continued to rely heavily on the international market, constituting 96.17% of its total revenue, with North America and Japan experiencing significant growth.
Anker Innovations reported substantial growth in online and offline revenue, as well as through its six independent sites.The company has also expanded its presence in household energy solutions, including charging products, intelligent innovations, and wireless audio products.
