    OUR TAKE
Early-stage startup Tezi is exploiting an AI recruitment agent designed to help hiring managers screen CVs, schedule interviews and send emails to candidates more efficiently through an automated process. Tezi’s AI agent utilises Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced algorithms designed to provide a smarter, more comprehensive recruitment solution that meets the needs of the modern business. The company aims to optimise the work of HR departments by reducing manual work and increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process.

    What happened

Tezi develops an AI recruitment agent designed to help hiring managers screen resumes, schedule interviews, and send emails to candidates more efficiently through an automated process. The company recently announces a $9 million seed round that will support the development and rollout of its product. Tezi’s AI agent uses LLMs and advanced algorithms to provide a more comprehensive recruitment solution that meets the needs of modern businesses.

Tezi’s AI agents not only screen CVs, but also automate the scheduling of interviews and the sending of invitation emails to candidates, thus dramatically streamlining the hiring process. The company is currently in the start-up phase of working with 15-20 design clients and plans to roll out a broader beta test later this year. Through partnerships with well-known AI models such as OpenAI and Anthropic, Tezi is adapting its AI models to meet specific hiring needs. Moreover, Tezi plans to reduce potential bias by avoiding the use of historical hiring data to ensure a fair hiring process.

    Why it’s important

The AI recruitment agent developed by Tezi is an important innovation for the HR industry as it increases efficiency and accuracy by automating and optimising the recruitment process. In the current job market, Tezi’s AI agent significantly reduces the workload of HR departments by quickly screening CVs, scheduling interviews and sending out invitation emails. This automation improves recruiting efficiency and potentially helps companies find the right candidates faster, which improves the overall quality of hiring.

Tezi shows the potential of AI technology in the field of human resource management, especially when dealing with large amounts of data and complex decisions. By reducing manual work and increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process, Tezi’s solution helps to optimise the work of HR departments, while promoting fairer and more transparent recruitment practices by reducing bias and increasing the objectivity of decision-making. Thus, its innovation is significant for the recruitment industry, and has far-reaching implications for advancing the use of AI technology in HR management.
