    Looking towards a smarter, better-connected future, Samsung showcases breakthrough technologies fostering responsible and inclusive device usage. Highlights include the new AI Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator, the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo, and the revamped AI home companion robot, Ballie.

    Turning the tide on the smart home era

    Introduced at CES 2020, Ballie has undergone a significant transformation, evolving into an AI companion seamlessly interacting with other smart devices. It offers customized services, such as task management and projecting images and videos on walls for users to access key information.

    While Ballie did not physically appear at CES, Samsung optimistically anticipates its official launch in 2024. However, specific details regarding release dates and pricing remain undisclosed, leaving enthusiasts eagerly awaiting further information.

    By syncing and managing home appliances, Ballie learns from user patterns, providing personalized and intelligent services. It can send video updates of pets or loved ones when users are away, set the mood for various activities, and automatically adjust projections based on wall dimensions and lighting conditions, enhancing productivity and enjoyment at home.

    Not only is Samsung leading in home intelligence, but it is also committed to greening homes. Ten models from three product groups at DA Business, including three BMF refrigerator models, one WindFree™ residential air conditioner model, and six Bespoke Grande washing machine models, have received the “Product Carbon Footprint” certification from Carbon Trust. This certification covers the entire greenhouse gas emissions process, from raw material extraction to disposal.
