In our interview with the director of the Digital Cockpit and Software Development Department at NIO, they shared insights into how AI plays a crucial role in NIO’s offerings. “NOMI is not just a voice assistant; it’s an intelligent companion that actively provides suggestions and adjusts vehicle settings based on user preferences,” they explained. “This integration of AI into the user experience is a key differentiator for us.”

Additionally, NIO’s 4D Comfort Navigation function, which combines AI technology with the Intelligent Chassis System, provides users with a smoother ride by sensing road conditions ahead and dynamically adjusting the chassis. On the global stage, NIO has successfully expanded into the European market, solidifying its position as a premium brand recognised for both technological excellence and user experience.
