    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an important driving force for a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change and a new technical science that researches and develops theories, methods, technologies and application systems used to simulate, extend and expand human intelligence.
    • By leveraging AI products and platforms, such as data analytics and insights platforms, predictive modelling tools and CRM systems, partners can enhance collaboration, drive innovation, and achieve their partnership goals more effectively.

AI is fundamentally changing our world by revolutionising how we work, communicate, and interact with technology. And AI-related products and platforms play an important role in facilitating collaboration.

    What is AI?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an important driving force for a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change and a new technical science that researches and develops theories, methods, technologies and application systems used to simulate, extend and expand human intelligence.

Artificial intelligence is an important part of the discipline of intelligence, which attempts to understand the nature of intelligence and produce a new kind of intelligent machine that can react similarly to human intelligence.

In the summer of 1956, a group of visionary young scientists led by McCassey, Minsky, Rochester and Shennon met together to study and discuss a series of related issues with machines to simulate intelligence, and first proposed the term “artificial intelligence”, which marked the official birth of the emerging discipline of “artificial intelligence”.

AI is fundamentally changing our world by revolutionising how we work, communicate, and interact with technology. It’s accelerating automation in industries, improving data analysis for better decision-making, and enhancing personalised experiences across various sectors. This transformative impact of AI extends to areas like healthcare, finance, transportation, and entertainment, shaping the future of society and the economy.

    AI helps in partnership achieving

By leveraging AI, partners can enhance collaboration, drive innovation, and achieve their partnership goals more effectively. And AI-related products and platforms play an important role in facilitating collaboration.

    Collaboration tools and platforms

AI can be used to develop collaboration tools and platforms, such as team collaboration software, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms. These tools facilitate effective communication and collaboration between partners by providing features such as real-time communication, file sharing and task tracking.

Microsoft Teams combines real-time communication, file sharing, and project management capabilities. AI provides features such as speech recognition, natural language processing, and intelligent scheduling in Teams, allowing team members to collaborate and communicate more efficiently.

    Data analytics and insights

AI can help develop data analytics and insights platforms that support partners in analysing and mining big data. These platforms provide insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to help partners make strategic decisions.

IBM Watson Analytics is IBM’s data analytics and insights platform that leverages AI technology to provide data visualisation, predictive modelling, and cognitive analytics. Partners can use the Watson Analytics platform to analyse market data, predict trends, and make strategic decisions.

    Predictive modeling tools

AI can be used to develop predictive modelling tools to help partners predict future market trends, demand changes, and collaboration opportunities. These tools can provide data-driven predictive analytics to provide strategic guidance to partners.

Alteryx, an AI platform for data analysis and predictive modelling, provides a set of tools and capabilities that enable partners to build accurate predictive models using AI-powered data preprocessing tools, cleaning and preparing data for modelling, co-developing and optimising predictive models such as regression analysis, decision trees, and neural networks.

    Intelligent customer relationship management systems

AI technology can be applied to CRM systems to provide personalised customer experiences and services. Intelligent CRM can analyse customer data, predict customer behaviour, and provide customised marketing and sales strategies to facilitate partnerships with customers.

Salesforce Einstein is Salesforce’s AI platform, integrated into its CRM system, providing features such as intelligent customer insights, predictive analytics, and personalised recommendations. Partners can use the Einstein platform to provide customised services and solutions to customers, enhancing the partnership between partners and customers.

    Blockchain technology platform

Combining blockchain technology and AI, secure and transparent cooperation platforms can be developed for data sharing, contract management and payment transactions between partners. This kind of platform can build trust and promote cooperation between partners.

Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum, combine smart contract and distributed ledger technologies. These platforms provide a secure and transparent collaborative environment for data sharing, contract management and payment transactions between partners.
