Advanced Micro Devices Inc. has reached a significant agreement to acquire ZT Systems for £4.9 billion, aimed at enhancing its AI capabilities in data centers. Dr. Lisa Su, AMD’s CEO, emphasised the strategic importance of this move in advancing AI training and solutions.
