What happened

Asus has confirmed via Weibo that the company will show off its next-generation laptop using AMD Ryzen AI 300 processors on July 17. The event, which is scheduled for July 8 and will feature an exclusive showcase of the laptops, do not mention a reason for the delay.

Some known models come from the TUF Gaming, ROG Zephyrus, Zenbook, and ProArt series in different configurations and builds. So far, what is known from the listing on the Asus website is that these models use the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Ryzen AI 9 365. These models also come with a dedicated co-pilot key to go along with Windows 11’s AI integration.

Speaking of the ProArt series for content creators, the PX13 HN7306 has a 13.3-inch 3K OLED display with a rotating hinge, which users can use as a tablet because it has a touch screen that supports a stylus. The PX13 comes in three variants, each with multiple notebook graphics cards from AMD and Nvidia with variable storage and RAM options.

Why it’s important

AMD has introduced the Ryzen AI 300 series of processors, which marks their further development and application in artificial intelligence processing. These processors are designed to improve the performance and power efficiency of laptops, especially when handling complex AI tasks.

The PX13 HN7306 in Asustek’s ProArt series showcases innovative features such as a 13.3-inch 3K OLED display, rotating hinges, and a touch screen with stylus support designed to boost productivity and user experience for content creators.

The laptops, which are equipped with a dedicated co-pilot key to accompany Windows 11’s AI integration, show Asus’s response to the latest operating system and technology trends in an effort to provide a more intelligent and user-friendly experience.
