Telia announces new appointments to group executive management

What happened: Telia announces executive management changes

Telia Company has appointed Holger Haljand as Senior Vice President and Head of Telia Finland, effective February 1, 2025. Haljand has been with Telia since 2014, initially joining the Telia Estonia management team, where he is currently Head of Telia Estonia. In his new role, Haljand will focus on strengthening Telia’s position in Finland, a market with growth potential.

Heli Partanen, the current Senior Vice President and Head of Telia Finland, will leave the company to pursue external opportunities. In addition, Giedrė Kaminskaitė-Salters has been appointed Senior Vice President and Head of Telia Baltics, overseeing Lithuania and Estonia. Kaminskaitė-Salters will continue as Head of Telia Lithuania, while Telia begins the recruitment process for a new Head of Telia Estonia. During this transition, Andre Visse, the CTO of Telia Estonia, will serve as acting Head of Telia Estonia.

Both Haljand and Kaminskaitė-Salters will report to Telia President and CEO, Patrik Hofbauer.
