Established on 20 September 2001 in Thailand, Asphere Innovations Public Company Limited, formerly known as Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited, has evolved from a prominent online game publisher in Southeast Asia to a comprehensive digital technology enterprise. The company’s strategic rebranding in 2023 marked its commitment to embracing the digital future, aligning with its vision of “Serving the Infinite Future”.

Asphere’s business operations are segmented into four primary groups.

First, its online gaming division has amassed a portfolio exceeding 170 games, attracting more than 180 million registered user IDs and maintaining an active user base of over 4.5 million. This extensive reach underscores the company’s dedication to delivering engaging entertainment to the gaming community.

Second, recognising the transformative potential of blockchain, Asphere is pioneering its integration into online gaming through a Hybrid Game-Fi platform. Additionally, the company is developing a Metaverse-as-a-service solution, aiming to support businesses venturing into the Metaverse by providing essential infrastructure and ecosystem support.

Third, Asphere offers Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions designed to empower businesses and brands in the digital era. These solutions facilitate precision targeting, campaign measurement, sustainable customer retention, and streamlined cost management, enabling clients to optimise their marketing efforts and maximise return on investment.

Finally, through strategic investments in high-potential digital technology businesses and startups, Asphere aims to drive sustainable growth and unlock new business opportunities. Operational developments and market expansion

In 2023, Asphere refined its business strategy, transitioning from an online game publisher to a digital technology company, and rebranded as Asphere Innovations PLC. The company also invested in BitKub Online Co., Ltd., acquiring 9.22% of ordinary shares from Bitkub Capital Group Holdings Co., Ltd..

In 2022, Asphere established Kubplay Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Bitkub Ventures Co., Ltd., to operate a Hybrid GameFi publishing platform in Southeast Asia. The company also founded PlayPark Company Limited (Vietnam), a joint venture with CONG TY TNHH CHAU A MEM, to provide online gaming services in Vietnam. Additionally, Asphere restructured its organisation to support business expansion, structuring the company into four business groups: Online Gaming, Blockchain and Innovation Technologies, Marketing Technologies, and Corporate Venture Capital.
