Its public materials describe a new wave of fibre internet, home broadband, cable bundles through Planet Cable, and business connectivity for enterprises. Its legal franchise is far broader than that retail pitch. Its actual commercial centre appears narrower and more interesting: the last-mile access points, subdivisions, branch offices, enterprise links and developer-linked communities where a customer may have fewer practical choices than the national broadband market suggests.
