Solutions4XS is recorded as a company in NL. Current public evidence covers 2 domain references, 1 public website, 3 supporting public references; services, assets, and relationship context should be read with that evidence boundary.
When KPN retired XS4ALL, the Netherlands' most trusted independent internet brand, a diaspora of engineers and refusenik customers went looking for somewhere else to stand. One of the companies that appeared in that aftermarket was a two-man firm in a polder hamlet south of Amsterdam whose name reads like the lost brand in a mirror: Solutions4XS. Its six-year arc — from farmhouse registration through a cooperative wholesale switchboard to quiet absorption by a consolidator in 2025 — prices the whole proposition of Dutch independent access. The regulator's own file shows why: before 2022, reselling a gigabit on KPN's network left fifteen cents of monthly margin; after the commitments, a published tariff annex still hands a nine-euro-per-line scale penalty to anyone small. Nostalgia built the demand. The annex decided who could afford to serve it.
