F2H.Cloud is best read through the work it says it accepts after the sale: accounts, orders, support, licences, billing, network changes, recovery claims and hosted services that have to stay aligned. Its value is not proved by the phrase custom cloud. It is proved, or weakened, by the customer record that survives every routine change.
