Cloud-Megafon looks like a simple cloud label until the public record is read as an operating file: a Russian telecom parent, a registered autonomous system, a service catalog, older launch claims about Moscow data centers and certification, and newer evidence of data-center buildout. The useful question is not whether the name sounds like assurance. It is whether the records behind it make workload location, support accountability, security automation, and recovery obligations concrete enough for a customer to trust.
