What happened: Orange Business France appoints Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet as new CEO

Orange Business has promoted Wassila Zitoune-Dumontet to CEO of its France division, effective April 1, 2025. Previously serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Zitoune-Dumontet oversaw procurement, operations, and customer service. Her prior roles include Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Orange Business, as well as Chief Commercial Officer positions at Orange Jordan and Morocco. She will continue her role as Diversity and Inclusion Sponsor for Orange Business. ​

In addition, Mireille Helou has been appointed as the new COO of Orange Business, also effective April 1, 2025. Helou has held various leadership positions within Orange Group since 2001, including roles at Orange Réunion & Mayotte, Orange Kenya, and Orange Silicon Valley.
