ITNOG9: A hub for Italy’s network professionals
The Italian Network Operators Group (ITNOG) has announced that ITNOG9, will take place on 19–20 May 2025 at Ex Gam in Bologna. The event aims to bring together network engineers, developers, and IT professionals to discuss current trends and challenges in network operations.
Day one of the event, 19 May, will commence at 14:00 with registration, followed by vendor workshops from 15:00 to 19:00. An aperitif is scheduled from 19:00 to 20:00, leading into a social dinner from 20:00 to 22:30.
On 20 May, the second day will start at 09:30 with a morning session running until 13:00, followed by lunch from 13:00 to 14:30. The afternoon session will take place from 14:30 to 17:30. While specific speakers and topics are yet to be announced, the agenda includes presentations and discussions relevant to network operations.
The venue, Ex Gam, is located at Piazza della Costituzione 3, Bologna. It is approximately a 25-minute walk from Bologna Centrale railway station and a 20-minute taxi ride from Bologna Airport (BLQ). A bilateral meeting room will be available throughout the event for attendees seeking private discussions.
Registration is free for network, netdev, and netdevops engineers, as well as students, up to a maximum of 400 attendees. Other roles may be subject to a fee of €200, with exceptions considered based on role and availability. Sponsors receive complimentary passes as part of their sponsorship package.
