    • It faces rising cybersecurity and AI-driven industry changes

iManila growth story: From ISP to digital agency

iManila started in 1996 under the name Internet Manila. It was one of the country’s first internet service providers. With a small investment of 60,000 pesos ($1,020), it aimed to connect Filipinos to the web. Over the years, it transformed into a full digital agency offering website creation, hosting, and online marketing.

Today, iManila has served over 5,000 clients across industries. Its hosting services include shared, cloud, and dedicated servers, all with a 99.5% uptime guarantee. It also builds custom systems such as CRMs, online registration tools, and inventory software for clients who need tailored digital solutions.

iManila services: Web development, marketing, and support

iManila helps businesses build websites, run digital ads, and stay online. Its team creates responsive, mobile-friendly sites that are fast and easy to use. These websites support branding and improve customer experience.

In marketing, the company offers SEO, search engine ads, social media content, email campaigns, and brand design. These tools help clients boost visibility and reach the right audience.

iManila also handles domain setup, email hosting, and cloud services through Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. After launch, clients receive technical support and training. The company’s blog, “Ideas & Stories,” shares useful updates to help businesses stay current with digital trends.

Digital Sector Trends: Security, AI, and Innovation

Digital agencies in the Philippines face many challenges. Businesses now demand websites that are not only fast and mobile-friendly but also secure against rising online threats. Hacking, data loss, system downtime, and phishing attacks are growing problems. Clients expect agencies to offer strong protection, secure hosting, and stable site performance at all times.

At the same time, AI and automation are changing how digital work is done. Tools like chatbots, AI-generated content, automated reports, and smart analytics are becoming common. These help businesses respond faster and make data-based decisions. But they also push agencies to learn and adapt quickly.

iManila responds by offering cloud-based hosting that can scale with client needs, customised web applications to fit specific business processes, and real-time marketing tools that track results clearly. This approach helps clients stay ahead in a fast-moving digital world.
