    IBM expands services to Cisco for better SD-WAN performance

    IBM has unveiled a new array of professional services tailored specifically for Cisco networks, aiming to provide enhanced support and implementation options for Cisco SDN and SD-WAN users. This move signifies IBM’s dedication to help build more efficient and interconnected networks while optimizing their network infrastructure.

    Tailor for Cisco networking environments

    TLS division at IBM has expanded its support to encompass Cisco’s software-defined networking and SD-WAN solutions, introducing the IBM Network Health Check service tailored for Cisco networking environments. These new offerings from IBM are designed to streamline infrastructure management, minimize hardware support-related downtime, and offer valuable insights into network optimization strategies across the entire product lifecycle.

    The introduction of the Network Health Check service

    Jamie Thomas, General Manager of TLS and IBM Enterprise Security, emphasized the importance of network readiness in today’s tech landscape, stating, “With the increasing adoption of AI and data proliferation in private cloud environments, ensuring that clients’ networks can meet contemporary demands is more critical than ever.” The introduction of the Network Health Check service provides clients with personalized assessments and comprehensive reports, empowering them to enhance network security, health, and performance proactively.
