DigitalBridge and La Caisse have finalised their acquisition of global hyperscale data centre operator Yondr Group from Cathexis Holdings. The deal sees joint control of Yondr, with former Cathexis CEO William Harr ison retiring. Aaron Wangenheim has been appointed CEO and Sandip Mahajan CFO of Yondr. Yondr already has over 420 MW of committed capacity and the potential to scale beyond 1 GW, serving major hyperscale and AI‑oriented clients.
