CTI Services: Tailored IT solutions at scale

Incorporated in 1997, Corporate Technologies Incorporated (CTI) began as the IT support arm for Filinvest Land, Filinvest Alabang, Filinvest Supermall and Filinvest Development Corporation. Since 2018, it has grown into a full-scale business unit delivering end-to-end information and communications technology (ICT) services across the Filinvest Group. CTI’s core offerings include data-centre services, technical consultancy, internet connectivity and private cloud infrastructure. Its secure and redundant data centre is located in the Filinvest Three Building, Alabang. CTI also enables fibre connectivity, mobile signal pico-cells, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and parking systems, supporting the transformation of Filinvest townships into “Smart and Safe Cities”. Additional services include custom application development such as HRIS, meter-reading systems, Navision, SAP remediation, house construction monitoring, and internal messaging platforms.

CTI Industry Insights: Challenges and advances

The ICT industry, especially in B2B and telecom infrastructure, faces growing challenges such as cybersecurity risks, strict data-privacy rules and the demand for stable, high-speed connectivity. As cloud adoption and fibre-based infrastructure expand, businesses need secure, scalable systems. CTI addresses these needs through private cloud, redundant data-centre services and secure fibre networks. Its mission is “to lead in the strategic use of information technology to help our customers grow.” With rising demand for cyber-threat intelligence and telecom convergence, CTI continues to support Filinvest’s digital resilience and infrastructure growth.

Corporate Technologies Incorporated: Expanding filinvest’s digital footprint

Corporate Technologies Incorporated (CTI) plays an important role in the Filinvest Group. The Filinvest Group is one of the largest business groups in the Philippines. It works in property, banking, energy, hospitality and sugar. CTI gives ICT support to these parts of the group. It helps with real estate systems, smart buildings, energy tracking and network services for banks and utilities.

Raymond Wilfred L. Castañeda is the CEO. Joseph Gotianun‑Yap Jr. is the CTO. They help CTI become the main IT partner for the group. CTI gives strong and safe technology services. Lourdes Josephine Gotianun‑Yap is the chairperson. This shows the company works closely with Filinvest leaders. CTI also cares about its workers. It gives awards to long-time staff and supports their growth.
