    ICANN announces details for Asia Pacific Domain Name System Forum 2024

    • The Asia Pacific DNS Forum 2024 will take place in Bali, Indonesia, in July this year to diuscuss latest developments and challenges.
    • The theme, “Building Bridges: Strengthening Collaboration to Shape the Internet’s Future,” highlights cooperation for future internet development.

    The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has unveiled the itinerary for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Domain Name System (DNS) Forum 2024.

    Scheduled to take place from July 23-24, this hybrid event will be hosted at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua in Bali, Indonesia. The forum will facilitate discussions among regional experts from the internet and domain name industry, tackling the latest developments, opportunities, and challenges shaping the digital landscape.

    Jointly organized by ICANN and Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI), this year’s theme, “Building Bridges: Strengthening Collaboration to Shape the Internet’s Future,” underscores the significance of cooperation in navigating the evolving internet ecosystem.

    The forum will feature a comprehensive schedule, as well as a series of pre-event webinars in June and July.

    You can register for both in-person and virtual attendance now, getting access to all sessions, including the pre-event webinars. Interested parties are encouraged to register by July 20, 2024.

    Community engagement is central to the forum’s success, with members invited to submit proposals for virtual pre-event webinars or on-site sessions. The deadline for submission is May 15, 2024.

    In addition to program details, the forum’s website provides information on nearby accommodations, travel recommendations, and health and safety guidelines.
