    • Numeral, processing over €10 billion in payments annually, partners with major banks like BNP Paribas and Barclays, strengthening Mambu’s global offering.

What happened: Mambu acquires French payments platform Numeral

Cloud-based core banking provider Mambu has acquired Numeral, a banking aggregation and payment automation platform headquartered in Paris, France. The acquisition will integrate Numeral’s advanced payment infrastructure into Mambu’s core banking services, supporting the company’s expansion and long-term growth goals.

Mambu’s CEO, Fernando Zandona, highlighted that this move strengthens their payment offerings and helps meet changing customer needs. The integration will enhance Mambu’s product portfolio and expand its market reach.

Numeral, launched in 2021, processes over €10 billion in payments annually and serves several European banks and fintechs, including WorldFirst and Argentex. It has partnerships with major financial institutions such as BNP Paribas, Barclays, and HSBC.

Numeral’s CEO, Édouard Mandon, stated that the combination of their payments technology with Mambu’s global cloud banking platform will allow businesses to simplify payments and stay compliant.
