A new study conducted by online game magazine 1337 Games has revealed the most popular European streamers on Twitch.
Using data from Twitch Tracker, the study assigned scores out of 100 to 205 streamers for online popularity, based on total hours watched, all-time viewers, average viewers, and total followers.
Ibai, a Spanish internet celebrity, streamer, and esports commentator, is the most popular European streamer on Twitch, scoring 83.33 out of 100. He has 17.1 million followers, has been watched for five million hours over the past 30 days, and averages 32,880 concurrent viewers.
In second place is Rubius, another Spanish streamer whose content focuses on gaming, scoring 79.97 out of 100. He has 15.1 million followers, has been watched for two point two million hours in the past 30 days, and averages 22,980 concurrent viewers.
Germany-based streamer Papaplatte ranks third, with a score of 78.91 out of 100. He has attracted two point five million followers, has been watched for six point one million hours in the last 30 days, and has an average of 26,163 concurrent viewers.
In fourth place is ohnePixel, another German streamer who has one point four million followers, averages 31,472 concurrent viewers, and was watched for three point four million hours over the past 30 days. This gives a popularity score of 77.39 out of 100.
In fifth place is ESLCS, the streaming channel for the German Counter-Strike league. The account has a popularity score of 77.07 out of 100, based on six point three million followers, an average of 8,892 concurrent viewers, and five point three million hours of watch time over the past 30 days.
The top ten European streamers on Twitch
In sixth place is Caedrel, a British based streamer known for streaming League of Legends content. He has 852,267 followers, an average of 31,932 concurrent viewers, and seven point six million hours of content watched in the past 30 days.
In seventh place is Tumblurr, an Italian streamer with a popularity score of 76.51 out of 100. He has one point six million followers, an average of 29,778 concurrent viewers, and two point eight million hours of content watched in the past 30 days.
Eliasn97, a German streamer who posts chatty content, is in eighth place with a score of 75.16 out of 100. He has one point nine million followers, an average of 27,446 concurrent viewers, and three point eight million hours of content watched in the past 30 days.
Ninth place is Buster, a Russian streamer with a popularity score of 73.93 out of 100. He has four million followers, an average of 29,428 concurrent viewers, and one point eight million hours of content watched in the last 30 days.
MontanaBlack88, another German Twitch streamer, is in tenth place with a score of 73.80 out of 100. He has five point three million followers, an average of 29,100 concurrent viewers, and has been watched for two point one million hours in the past 30 days.

As this type of online content grows, it will be interesting to see how up-and-coming streamers adapt to this environment to attract wider audiences and potential sponsors.”
