Im Juni 2025 registrierte ein Animationsstudio aus Wuhan – das Studio hinter den Spielfilmen zu League of Legends und Honor of Kings – sein eigenes autonomes System und einen Adressblock, und zehn Wochen lang waren seine Routen im weltweiten Internet sichtbar. Dann wanderten die Routen: eine Hälfte des Blocks in den Backbone von China Unicom, die andere in die Cloud von Amazon unter der Nummer eines Schwesterunternehmens, und das eigene Netz des Studios verstummte.

In June 2025 a Wuhan animation studio — the house behind game films for League of Legends and Honor of Kings — registered its own autonomous system and address block, and for ten weeks its routes were visible across the global internet. Then the routes migrated: one half of the block into China Unicom's backbone, the other into Amazon's cloud under a sister company's number, and the studio's own network fell silent. The published tariffs on both sides of that decision price, with unusual precision, the sliver of room China's three carriers leave to everyone underneath them.
