    • Telkomsel’s employees actively engage in the Employee Volunteering Program.
    • Initiatives support education, local businesses, and sustainable development.

Telkomsel’s TFlyers, the dedicated employees of the company, are making significant strides in community impact through the Employee Volunteering Program (EVP), an integral part of the Baktiku Negeriku initiative.

The EVP enables Telkomsel employees to leverage their skills and expertise to create meaningful change. They participate in various activities, from interactive ‘Telkomsel Mengajar’ sessions with students at SDN 2 Hegarmanah to supporting local businesses and forestry projects, all aimed at sustainable village development.

    Activities and impact

TFlyers have been actively involved in numerous community projects across Indonesia. These efforts include educational initiatives where employees conduct interactive teaching sessions for primary school students, and economic initiatives where they assist local businesses. The goal is to foster sustainable development and improve the quality of life in rural areas.

At Telkomsel, our TFlyers (Telkomsel’s employees) are taking community impact to the next level through our Employee Volunteering Program (EVP), which is part of the Baktiku Negeriku initiative.

This empowering initiative enables our employees to make a real difference using their skills and expertise. From interactive ‘Telkomsel Mengajar’ sessions with students at SDN 2 Hegarmanah to supporting local businesses and forestry, our TFlyers work hand-in-hand for sustainable village development.

We firmly believe that our employees are more than just their careers; they have the capacity to build futures and shape a better future for villages across Indonesia.

    Significance of the initiatives

These initiatives address essential needs in education and economic development. By providing educational support and business assistance, TFlyers contribute to building stronger, self-reliant communities. This not only enhances residents’ quality of life but also ensures long-term sustainability.

    About Telkomsel

Telkomsel is Indonesia’s leading telecommunications provider, committed to delivering exceptional services and driving technological innovation. As part of their dedication to corporate social responsibility, they established the Employee Volunteering Program (EVP) under the Baktiku Negeriku initiative. Their goal is to empower employees to make a positive impact on their communities, leveraging their professional skills for social good. Telkomsel believes in the power of collective action to create meaningful change and build a better future for Indonesia.

    Personal take

The dedication of Telkomsel’s TFlyers is truly inspiring. Their commitment to making a difference extends beyond their professional roles, demonstrating a profound sense of social responsibility. It’s heartwarming to see employees who are motivated not only by their careers but also by a desire to uplift others and contribute to a brighter future for all.

In my view, the efforts of TFlyers showcase the profound impact corporate initiatives can have on society. Their dedication and hard work highlight the power of collective action in driving positive change. Telkomsel’s EVP is not merely about volunteering; it’s about fostering lasting, meaningful progress for communities across Indonesia.
