MULTITEL Serviços de Telecomunicações, Lda is an Angolan company present in the market since 1999, licensed under a concession contract granted by INACOM to provide public use data communications services, with its main partners being PT Ventures, Angola Telecom and BCI – Banco de Comércio e Indústria. Multitel currently has a team of more than 100 employees and complements its potential resource needs by using local partners to provide installation and maintenance services.

Customer Service

Satellite TV:
Multitel’s VSat Network, aimed at the business market, is supported by a state-of-the-art, high-throughput satellite, has national coverage and supports bidirectional data, voice, video and Internet communication. A VSat solution allows you to serve remote locations, with difficult access or without basic network coverage, presenting itself as an advantageous alternative to the terrestrial network, or a complementary offer to terrestrial technologies for backup solutions with an effective guarantee of redundancy.

Private Networks
Eliminating distances between dispersed locations in your organisation. Private Network solutions is supported by a multi-service network infrastructure, on an MPLS-TP Backbone and also on a VSat platform and has a specialised support and consultancy service that permanently articulates the evolution of technology to the specificity of each Customer’s business.

Multitel’s Private Network solutions enable the integration of data, voice and video, are flexible, effective, secure, with high performance and service availability adjusted to the needs of each Customer.

Each Customer’s Private Network accesses will be served using the most appropriate technology according to the service requirements, installation location and bandwidth demands.

Internet
Multitel’s Internet Service is aimed at companies or organisations that need a high-performance service that allows access, exchange and sharing of a wide range of information and resources.

International connectivity is used via submarine cable, through different providers, in order to guarantee continuity of service and minimise the effect of failure of one of the accesses.

National traffic exchanges between the various Internet providers in Angola are established via IXP. Several types of Internet connectivity services are offered to meet the requirements of different types of customers: Net_Prime, Net_Pro, Net_Sat.
