Etiqa Insurance: Wins awards for digital innovation

Etiqa Insurance has become one of the top-performing insurers in Singapore. The company received several awards for customer service and product innovation. Google named Etiqa the No.1 online insurer in 2022 based on customer reviews. Seedly also gave Etiqa the “Insurance Company of the Year” award that same year, based on user ratings. ChatGPT said:
These awards showed that many people trusted Etiqa’s services. They found the products useful and easy to use. The company gave fast support and simple processes. This helped customers feel more confident when choosing Etiqa. More people began to notice the brand and share good feedback online.

In 2023, Etiqa got more awards. It was named “Best Car Insurance” and “Most Innovative Digital Insurer” by Global Banking and Finance Review. These awards came after strong reviews and performance. The company improved its digital tools and added more useful features. It made insurance faster and less stressful. These achievements gave Etiqa a better place in the market. More users saw it as a modern and trusted choice.

Etiqa made its digital services simple and quick. Customers could buy insurance, submit claims, and get payouts all online. Its motor insurance eClaims service allows claims to be submitted in about three minutes. The Life Insurance Association also named Etiqa the fastest in life insurance claim payouts in Singapore. The digital system made things faster and less stressful for users. Many of them chose Etiqa because of this. The company focused on technology to help people save time and avoid long paperwork. It used automation and mobile features to improve how customers access insurance services.

Etiqa Insurance: Supports growth through ESG and innovation

Etiqa started in Singapore in 1961. It became part of Maybank Group in 2009. In 2018, it got approval to sell both life and general insurance. After that, it built better digital tools. It gave more support to customers. It worked on sustainability at the same time. In 2022, Etiqa matched its work with 13 out of 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It used less paper. It took part in local community efforts. It checked that its investments followed safe and responsible rules.

The insurance industry is facing more pressure from new risks and rising customer needs. Companies now deal with climate change, new technology, and stricter rules. Many insurers are replacing old systems with faster digital platforms. They are also using data to understand what people need. Firms like Etiqa are using this time to lead change. They add better mobile tools, build easy online services, and offer more green options. These actions help them stay strong in a fast-changing market.
