At PISF 2024, B. Braun Medical Industries continued to showcase its dedication to education and environmental responsibility. The company hosted interactive workshops aimed at sparking interest in STEM subjects among young participants, helping them develop crucial problem-solving skills and creativity. B. Supporting STEM education with the advanced makerLab programme
This year, B. Braun took its involvement at PISF a step further by sponsoring two schools, SMK Sacred Heart and SMK Bukit Jambul, for the Advanced MakerLab programme. This initiative is designed to equip students with essential STEM skills, including coding, 3D design, and 3D printing. B. Braun’s experts from the Research & Development Division guided the students, who presented their innovative prototypes at the fair. The student projects were well-received by visitors, who were impressed by their ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner. This initiative is a key part of B.
