At PISF 2024, B. Braun Medical Industries continued to showcase its dedication to education and environmental responsibility. The company hosted interactive workshops aimed at sparking interest in STEM subjects among young participants, helping them develop crucial problem-solving skills and creativity. B. Braun believes in empowering the next generation of innovators to face both technological and environmental challenges. Lam Chee Hong, President of B. Braun Asia Pacific, highlighted the significance of PISF as a platform where students can transform their ideas into tangible projects that positively impact society. Supporting STEM education with the advanced makerLab programme
This year, B. Braun took its involvement at PISF a step further by sponsoring two schools, SMK Sacred Heart and SMK Bukit Jambul, for the Advanced MakerLab programme. This initiative is designed to equip students with essential STEM skills, including coding, 3D design, and 3D printing. B. Braun’s experts from the Research & Development Division guided the students, who presented their innovative prototypes at the fair.
