BotswanaPost aims to reach over 500,000 users, especially youth and women within three years. It expects around 194,000 new wallet subscribers and 4 million monthly wallet transactions by year five. The company also collaborates with international postal unions and logistics partners. BotswanaPost launched its Post4Health initiative in partnership with the Universal Postal Union.
