The biggest challenge is that the government and developers lack a comprehensive approach and only focus on small-scale developments. This limits the implementation of new approaches like modular construction. Adopting innovative solutions requires long-term commitment and large-scale projects.

BuildAI addresses the shortage of skilled labor by making the construction industry more attractive through technology that provides flexibility and reduces the need for a physical presence on site. This could attract a more diverse workforce, including younger generations and women. In addition, technology can help maintain standards and protocols even as the workforce changes.
